April 17 Season Opening 2011. Gomez Mill House Museum and Historic Site opens its 2011 season. Hours: Wed.-Sun., 10 am-4 pm. Tours at 10:30, 1:15 and 2:45 with admission: $8.00 for adults, $6.00 for senior citizens, $3.00 for students.
May 8 Mother's Day. Mothers tour the museum at no charge to celebrate her special day!
May 15 Mitzvah Day. Join us for a day of good deeds at the Mill House. Bring your garden tools and gloves to help us spruce up.
May 22 GALLERY G AT GOMEZ MILL HOUSE. INAUGURAL EXHIBIT OPENING. Snippets: The Art and Craft of Paper Cutting. Works by five contemporary artists and crafters in styles of Chinese, Jewish and German paper cutting, Silhouette, and original technique of Paper Quilts. 11:30 a.m.
May 22 Re-Opening and Ribbon -Cutting Ceremony. Dard Hunter Mill Restoration.12 noon. Discussion of restoration by Mark Peritz of J.O.B. Construction.
May 29 Celebrate Memorial Day. Veterans and Active Military are our guests for free tours.
June 19 Orange County Day at Gomez and Father's Day. All residents of Orange County, NY and Fathers from everywhere are invited tour the Museum at no charge today!
July 3 Celebrate our Nation's birthday at the Mill House. Veterans and Active Military are our guests for free tours.
July 17 Politics and Petticoats: Jewish Women Activists of Early 20th Century America. Presentation by international author Andrée Aelion Brooks. [Press Release]
